I would like to share with you my discovery of Amber Bistro here in Danville. For quite some time I had driven by Amber Bistro with curiosity and the desire to stop in and try it out. Finally, back in January, I was able to do just that as Eric and Dawn Janssen, owners of Amber Bistro, hosted that month’s Danville Chamber mixer. I was so pleasantly surprised by not only the great atmosphere that was created there, but also by the delicious appetizers that were going around. I immediately sought out Eric and Dawn to compliment them on their restaurant. My branch manager and I were so impressed, that the very next day we went back for lunch. We both had a wonderful dining experience and have since taken several of our friends, co-workers and family members to Eric’s establishment. We also enjoy taking clients, prospects, and vendors to Amber Bistro on a regular basis. I thoroughly believe that if you are looking for great food coupled with impeccable service, Amber Bistro is a restaurant that you simply must try.
