What a great summer of exciting Chamber activities we have enjoyed. More than 150 Chamber Members, golfers and non-golfers alike, maximized their membership through participation in the Chamber’s summer highlight event, The “Aloha Golf Classic”. Once again our fun-filled tournament was a success. Special thanks to Joe Buenavista with Merrill Lynch for his leadership overseeing the golf committee. Joe serves our community in many ways including our Chamber board. Hat’s off to Larry Marx and his crew at Diablo Country Club. They made this year’s event special and memorable. Thanks also to the Chamber members who generously donated items to the Raffle, Silent and Live auction as well as sponsoring holes. What a great way to showcase their services and maximize the value of their membership.

If you missed any of these terrific events, don’t despair, we have even more opportunities for you to “Maximize your Membership”. You can meet other Chamber Members, network for a bit and attend our Mixers held on the second Thursday of the Month. Don’t forget to invite a friend. You can earn a cash prize through our “Drive to Thrive” membership program by enrolling a new member.

Now is the time to mark your calendar for our annual “Business Showcase, Food and Wine Event” on September 16th from 5-8:30 pm. It’s an opportunity to reach hundreds of new customers. Visit chamber website for details. I look forward to seeing you there.
