Having lived and worked in Danville for over 20 years has been an incredible blessing for my family and me. We have such a beautiful community, wonderful schools, great shops and restaurants, and a Chamber that supports us all. From street fairs, to 4th of July parades, to the annual tree lighting, the Chamber offers us all plenty of things to do all year long.

I have been in banking for over 30 years. For the last 15 years I have been a Branch Manager at Bank of the West in Danville. Although these are some of the most challenging times for many of us, I can honestly tell you that I still love what I do. My job gives me the opportunity to meet so many people in this community and make a difference in their lives. My motto has always been to make your friends your customer and make your customers your friends.

Bank of the West has been the recipient of the J.D. Power Award for Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in the West Region Two Years in a Row. To top that off, the Danville Branch just received the highest customer service award for the Diablo Region, which happens to be the second highest score in the Northern
California Division for 2009.

However, the best part of my life today is spending time with my first grandchild 9 month old Isabella.
