A New Year is ahead of us and I know it will be a great one. I thank the membership for your confidence in me to serve as your Chairman of the Board for 2011 and it will be my honor to do so.

As I follow in the footsteps of so many great past Chairmen, most recently Joe Combs I am hoping that we continue to grow as a dynamic Chamber offering the resources that allow all of you to grow your business, your relationships and build lasting friendships along the way. Having been a Chamber member since 2004 and have participated in the Ambassadors program, our six annual events, mixers and ribbon cuttings, I have met so many great people who live and work in our community and have seen the successes that many have achieved by being involved.

So join us this year! Volunteer to help out at an event! Come to a mixer! Become an Ambassador! Pour beer and wine at our Fine Arts Fair. Showcase your business at the Business Showcase! Join a committee! There are so many ways that you can promote your self and your business and we are here to help you do that!

We have some great ideas for the New Year and I encourage you all to get involved and join me in embracing those opportunities!
