Celebrate the Town

To our valued Members,

It continues to be a very exciting time at the Chamber. I hope you had a chance to read our June Special edition of Danville Life. We wanted to recognize the Chamber’s 60th anniversary along with the Town’s 150th, in this special edition. There were many individuals who contributed to the content and the images. It was certainly a community effort. We hope you enjoyed this historical publication. Speaking of Danville Life, a new and improved version will be rolled out later this summer.

Since the significant increase in the cost of gas, have you found yourself shopping more locally? The Town, Chamber, DDA and local business owners have been working collaboratively on a campaign that will be announced this summer. The concept is to encourage one to do business and shop locally. We all agree what a unique and wonderful area this is and part of it is our local businesses including the restaurants and retail shops. Please try to think locally first! Support your local business owner.

We continue with our marketing efforts to enhance our material and website. As you can tell, the Chamber is working for you.
