We have an exciting agenda for this year and it’s all about YOU, our members.
Like many organizations, our Chamber has a mission statement:
“Our mission is to enhance the growth and development of business and the quality of life in our community, by helping to keep our membership informed, connected and prosperous.”
I find all that a bit hard to remember, so I boiled it down to six words: “Is it good for our members?” We have adopted this as our theme for 2012.

President’s Report

All signs are leaning towards a definite improvement in the local economy. New businesses are opening and merchants seem to overall have a positive outlook. The pain of the last few years is still with us though and your Chamber is acutely aware of that fact.

How much fun WAS our Golf Tournament at Diablo Country Club??? Thank you golf committee for
ordering us the beautiful weather! Matt and I golfed with Jeff Swindel and Don Campbell from Chevron, our Big Kahuna sponsor. What nice people and thankfully good golfers!
