2011 Lighting of the Old Oak Tree - A Magical Night!

The Danville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the 2011 Lighting of the Old Oak Tree was the best ever! Perfomers like the Danville Girls Chorus, Alma Desnuda and Devil’s Angels, as well as host sites such as Cottage Jewel, Danville Chocolates and Rakestraw Books among many others contributed to a very special event that presented Danville at its finest and most original. The Chamber has received so many compliments from local businesses, “townies,” and out-of towners as well. We are very proud to represent everyone who worked so hard on this project- Thank you!
The planning process for the next Lighting of the Old Oak Tree will begin in early October 2012. Please let the Chamber know if you’d like to be involved in this wonderful event!
