Prior to embarking on a career as a Realtor, I had numerous opportunities to relocate with my family. Having had first hand experience as both a buyer and seller many times, I am able to understand the emotional aspects of real estate transactions.
In my prior career, I was an executive in Information Technology responsible for delivery of software and information technology projects. This is where she learned the importance of customer satisfaction, that effective communication can mean the difference between a happy and unhappy customer, and how important it is to manage every detail to ensure all commitments are met.
In real estate I am able to put to use my understanding of technology, negotiation skills, personal real estate experience, and communication skills to help both buyers and sellers.
My area of expertise is the geography covered by the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce plus the city of San Ramon. These areas -- Alamo, Diablo, Danville, Blackhawk, and San Ramon are all part of the San Ramon Valley Unified School District.
