That is a shorthand way of saying planning for what happens to your children, your spouse, your home and your money when you pass away or when you are incapacitated. Because of my business and entrepreneurial background I have been asked to help many clients with issues in their businesses. I have helped start new businesses, form LLCs and corporations, obtain trademarks, write contracts, negotiate agreements and sell businesses. Many of my clients are small business owners that don’t have a legal department. I act as their legal advisor.
