Jonathan Watts is a seasoned attorney based in San Ramon, California who serves as an outside general counsel and trusted advisor to many East Bay businesses and individuals. Jonathan’s practice focuses on business transactions, corporate law, estate planning, and tax law, with an emphasis in preventing legal problems before they occur. Jonathan serves a wide variety of clients based in the 580/680 Corridor and the wider East Bay, particularly in San Ramon, Danville, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, and other cities in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.

Jonathan graduated from U.C. Davis School of Law in 2000 and was admitted to the California Bar later that year. He received a Masters in Taxation, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in August, 2011.

Jonathan lives in San Ramon and is a member of the San Ramon Valley Rotary Club. He has served on the board of the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce since 2007, and will serve as Board Chair in 2012.
