Hope Hospice

Hope Hospice’s caring team of professionals provides a special kind of healthcare that supports individuals in the advanced stages of an illness. Our comprehensive program of comfort care is designed to achieve the best quality of life for patients, their families and their caregivers. The Hope Hospice team provides a circle of support that focuses on the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients so they can make the most of each day.

In addition to providing 13 months of grief support to our hospice families, our Grief Support Center programs are open to the community and include specialized programs for adults, teens, and children at no or nominal cost.

Hope Hospice serves patients and families in Alamo, Blackhawk, Castro Valley, Diablo, Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Sunol and the surrounding communities in the East Bay.
