David is a University of California retired police officer, with 27 years of distinguished service.
In 2004 he earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in forensics from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.
In 1984 he earned a BA from UC Santa Barbara.
In 1997 he was awarded a Distinguished Service Award from The UC Berkeley Police Department.
In 1991 he was awarded the Medal of Valor from The UC Berkeley Police Department for service during a hostage situation.
