ATTORNEYS

David E. Brule, Esq.
The Senior partner of the firm, graduated San Diego State University with a degree in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1968 from California College of Law. He has been actively practicing law in the Bay Area for over 30 years. During his career he has held various governmental positions with the IRS and Treasury Department. Mr. Brule spent five years as a Tax Attorney for the IRS in San Francisco. He was a General Attorney (tax matters) for the United States Treasury Department when he was assigned to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Jeffrey J. Rooney, Esq.
The Managing Partner of the firm, has a broad range of business experience gained from forming and operating his own companies prior to entering full time law practice. His undergraduate degree in philosophy is from Pepperdine University and his Juris Doctor degree was obtained in 1986 from the University of San Diego.
