When I traded my Corporate Finance “hat” to become a Mortgage Consultant, I quickly learned that advising my clients on the best mortgage program often required the counsel of other professionals, such as: Financial Planners, Tax Advisors, Realtors and other service providers. I joined the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce to meet business and community leaders and to build a strong advisory and referral network of local professionals. Four years later, I am actively involved in Chamber and community service events and have developed not only strong business relationships, but many long lasting friendships.
